Injection moulding

We have an injection moulding machine at our disposal for the production of drawbars, coloured (step) chips, pilot and trial production, and testing the processability of new polymer formulations. We specialize in small quantities and can provide both material technical advice and guidance on the injection moulding process for optimal processing.

Polymer Science Park utilizes the fully automatic Fanuc Roboshot injection moulding machine. The Fanuc Roboshot α-S50iB IT is a state-of-the-art electric injection moulding machine. Electric injection moulding machines are known for their energy efficiency (up to 60% energy savings), speed, and precision. The Fanuc Roboshot injection moulding machine has been installed at Polymer Science Park in collaboration with ORA machines.
